At Kindred Path Disability Supports, we believe the most meaningful support begins with genuine relationships, mutual respect and taking the time to truly understand each individual.
We created Kindred Path with a simple belief: support should be more than a service. It should be an opportunity to build confidence, explore interests, discover strengths and create meaningful experiences. By embracing individuality and thinking beyond traditional support settings, we aim to help people feel empowered, connected and supported to live life on their own terms.
Kindred Path Disability Supports grew from a shared belief that disability support can be both meaningful and genuinely enjoyable, with animals and nature enhancing both areas.
Through years of experience supporting people with disability, we have seen the difference that can be made when people feel heard, respected and comfortable with the people supporting them. We wanted to create a service where relationships matter, individual differences are valued and support is shaped around the person rather than asking the person to fit into a service.
Kindred Path was created to offer exactly that — personalised support that helps people build confidence, develop independence, strengthen connections and participate in their community in ways that matter to them.

Our experience has shown us that meaningful learning, connection and confidence-building don't always happen in traditional settings.
With a background that includes Equine Assisted Learning and animal and nature-based disability programs, we have seen how experiences involving animals, growing food, nature and the wider community can create opportunities for communication, confidence, responsibility, emotional regulation and connection.
That experience continues to influence the way we approach support today: curious, flexible, experiential and led by the individual.
Support through Kindred Path is not limited to animal-based activities. Whether someone's interests involve animals, sport, creativity, community activities, everyday living or simply trying something new, we look for opportunities that are meaningful to them.
At Kindred Path Disability Supports, genuine connection goes hand in hand with professionalism, safety and accountability.
